The Congressional Tri-Caucus — the Congressional Black Caucus, Congressional Hispanic Caucus, and the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus — held a news conference Wednesday criticizing the president’s response to the natural disaster in Puerto Rico and his tweets against the NFL’s protest of the national anthem. Members, including Reps. John Lewis, D-Ga., Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and Adriano Espaillat, D-New York, talked about the need for minority groups to come together.
