Press Team Victorious at Spelling Bee Against Lawmakers

Seven members of Congress competed against members of the press in the National Press Club’s Spelling Bee on Tuesday night. Rep. Ted Deutch, D-Fla., made it to the final round before being beat out by Todd Gillman, of the Dallas Morning News. For the second year in a row, the press team took the title, scoring 39 points while the politicians received 36.
