As the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a Wisconsin political gerrymandering case Tuesday, activists and lawmakers rallied before the court steps to call for an end to the partisan map-drawing. They were later joined by actor and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who recalled one of his most famous movie quotes in his plea: “It’s time to say ‘hasta la vista’ to gerrymandering.” See the video for more from Schwarzenegger and Reps. Dan Kildee, Alan Lowenthal, Tom Suozzi and Earl Blumenauer.
