Ryan Misplaces Prop During News Conference

Speaker Paul D. Ryan, R-Wis., said he felt “naked” without his postcard at a news conference on Thursday. Ryan planned to bring the prop to demonstrate how short tax forms will be under the proposed GOP tax overhaul bill.
