Speier: Current Congressional Sexual Misconduct Policy Belongs in ‘Dark Ages’

Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., said at a House hearing that she was assaulted as a Hill staffer years ago and knows of at least two currently serving congressmen — a Republican and a Democrat — “who have engaged in sexual harassment.”
