President Donald Trump is expected to address the House GOP ahead of Thursday’s expected vote on the tax overhaul bill. But White House correspondent John T. Bennett says all that attention may not be a good thing — a single tweet on the individual mandate had Speaker Paul D. Ryan shifting strategy, with no time to lose before Thanksgiving break.
