Late Thursday evening toward the end of the third day of the Senate Finance Committee’s tax bill markup, GOP Chairman Orrin G. Hatch unloaded on Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown, asking him to tamp down his accusations that Republicans were set only on helping the wealthy with their tax bill.
