Jackson Lee Reads Conyers’ Resignation Statement

On Tuesday, Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., announced he is stepping down from Congress. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, read his statement — which mentioned the allegations as well as his civil rights work — on the House floor.
