Speaker of the House Paul D. Ryan, R-Wis., and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., gave their weekly pressers on Thursday. Ryan spoke about not jumping to conclusions, and Pelosi said she’d rather pass gun safety legislation than win the election.
