President Donald Trump’s tweets asking Attorney General Jeff Sessions to end Robert Mueller’s probe threw Washington into a tailspin Wednesday as observers debated whether they were a direct order or a mere suggestion. Also unclear, says White House correspondent John T. Bennett, is just how much money the president wants from congressional appropriators for his border wall to back down from his latest threat to shut down the federal government.
