Jim Warlick, owner of White House Gifts, recently opened a presidential-themed ice cream shop. Flavors include Carter’s Patriotic Peanut and Reagan’s Raspberry Truffle. Heard on the Hill Reporter Alex Gangitano tried several flavors and spoke to Warlick about his new business.
