We’re selling the cell phone there! Even the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee noted that Rep. Billy Long’s impromptu performance would be a hit on Twitter — and it was. The Republican from Missouri conducted a makeshift auction to drown out the protests of a woman at the House Energy and Commerce panel on Wednesday.
