As Hurricane Florence begins its assault on the East Coast, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi criticized President Donald Trump over his administration’s response to last year’s hurricanes that ravaged Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. “We have a moral obligation to do better,” Pelosi said at a news briefing Friday morning.
