Hill staffer Kelley Kurtz held an event to release dozens of monarch butterflies outside the Capitol Tuesday evening. The release was hosted alongside the Pollinator Protection Caucus, a bipartisan group of House members that seeks to protect pollinating insects like bees and butterflies.
