Democrat Jennifer Wexton will represent the 10th District of Virginia in the next Congress after a contentious race against GOP Rep. Barbara Comstock. Virginia Gov. Ralph S. Northam and former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe appeared at the Wexton watch party to celebrate Virginia’s newest congresswoman-elect.
