President Donald Trump might have started his 2020 re-election bid already this week with a contentious press conference the day after Democrats won back control of the House. White House correspondent John T. Bennett says the president’s eagerness to make enemies out of both the media and Democrats, and the likelihood that long-term investigations will increase, makes any prospect of bipartisan legislation extremely unlikely.
