Watch: Bill Nelson Makes a Statement on Florida’s Senate Race Recount

Sen. Bill Nelson — locked in a tight race for his seat with Gov. Rick Scott — released a statement Friday about the impending vote recount to decide the outcome. Republicans have already flipped three seats in the Senate.
