Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi took questions Thursday on the contentious race for North Carolina’s 9th District. President Donald Trump rolled back more environmental protections pertaining to a chicken-like bird that roams oil country, and Congress passed a continuing resolution, or CR,that will fund the government for two more weeks, as lawmakers hunker down for an impending funding fight during the holidays.
