Amy Klobuchar is running for president: Here are some congressional basics

Senator Amy Klobuchar announced her candidacy for president Sunday in the middle of a snowstorm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Klobuchar is now the sixth senator to enter the race for the Democratic nomination for the presidency.
