Trump and Beto O’Rourke strike contrasting messages in dueling Texas rallies

President Donald Trump and former Congressman Beto O’Rourke held competing rallies in El Paso, Texas Monday. They addressed issues of border security and immigration. O’Rourke, seen as a possible 2020 contender contrasted the president’s push for a border wall with a message of compassion for immigrants and their families.
