It is the most successful alliance in history,” said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, before members of Congress stood up to give him a third standing ovation.Despite current tension between U.S. and fellow NATO member Turkey, Stoltenberg’s remarks were met with enthusiasm on Congress’ most high-profile stage.
