Barr on Mueller memo: ‘The letter speaks for itself’

Attorney General William Barr met before the House Committee on Appropriations Tuesday to discuss President Trump’s fiscal year 2020 budget. Committee Democrats, however, used Barr’s appearance to grill the attorney general on his four-page summary of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report. They also asked about when and how much of the full report would be released.
