“Mr. Chairman,” said former Secretary of State John Kerry in front of the committee, “this is just not a serious conversation.” Kerry, who testified alongside former Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, had a contentious back-and-forth with Republicans on the House Oversight and Reform Committee. I broadened it, because they fought with everyone.
