Grassley: Congress has given too much trade authority to the president

Sen. Charles E. Grassley sat down with CQ policy editor Peter Cohn and discussed President Donald Trump’s use of tariffs in negotiating trade deals, and whether the White House has too much authority in that realm. “We’ve delegated too much to the president, we’ve got to recoup some of that,” Grassley said.
