Joe Biden eulogizes friend and Senate partner Fritz Hollings

Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. spoke at the funeral service for former Sen. Ernest Frederick “Fritz” Hollings at the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, on Tuesday. The South Carolina Democrat served as the state’s governor from 1959 to 1963, and in the Senate from 1966 to 2004. He died at the age of 97 on April 6.
