Members had a short week on the Hill before a large delegation jetted off to France for the 75th anniversary of D-Day. But that didn’t stop them from bickering about tariffs on guacamole and margaritas. Plus, Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr. dons a stylish pink suit, and Rep. Gregory W. Meeks shakes hands with a traditional African stilts dancer known as a moko jumbie.
