Time is running out for the Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress to find bipartisan consensus on a variety of issues.

Chair Rep. Derek Kilmer, and top Republican Tom Graves, tout the bipartisanship of the committee and highlight some of the toughest issues they have to tackle before the committee’s authorization expires in December.
