Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection and the Office of Refugee Resettlement have been at the epicenter of the border debate and reports of grisly conditions continue to surface.

Yet, amid these conversations each of these agencies tend to get interchanged and confused. Watch as Roll Call reporter Jinitzail Hernández explains how knowing the difference is key to finding an immigration solution.
