House GOP lawmakers held a franking “contest” to see who could increase their outreach to constituents the most. Rep Rodney Davis, proud owner of an enormous wrestling belt, presented the winner Rep. Dan Newhouse with a wrestling belt of his own. Newhouse credited his communications director, Elizabeth Daniels, with much of their success.
