Heard on the Hill’s Clyde McGrady has seen it all when it comes to members making “friendly wagers” for big championship games, like Reps. Stephanie Murphy and Garret Graves betting a jog around the Capitol, or Sens. Richard C. Shelby and John Kennedy hawking some home-state food products (if a national franchise like Popeyes still counts as a Louisiana staple). But Clyde is ready for something bigger.
