Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pay their respects Wednesday to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as she lies in repose at the top of the Supreme Court steps. Bill Clinton nominated Ginsburg to the court in 1993.
