It wasn’t Willie Nelson, or that ’90s twins group Nelson, or even NASA administrator Bill Nelson. But it was former Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., who was spotted talking on his phone while sitting on hearing room chairs stored in the Dirksen hallway on Thursday.
