Congress worked overtime this week to fund the federal government through Dec. 20 and then immediately fled town for the next six weeks to focus on Election Day. But before the exodus, Rep. Rosa DeLauro introduced herself as Appropriations’ ranking rizzler, Sen. John Kennedy wanted to buy everyone ponies and Rep. Clay Higgins prayed about his social media behavior.
