Even though this was a recess week for Congress, there still was a lot happening in the Washington area. Roll Call’s photojournalists were on hand to capture St. Patrick’s Day at the White House, a talk from the Fed chairman, and a town hall and “study-in” where people vented against more Trump administration cuts to federal departments and programs.
