The Senate is still trying to get to “yes” on a nearly $2 trillion stimulus package to help combat the coronavirus pandemic and the economic wreckage the virus has caused. Meanwhile, nearly 100 million Americans have been asked to stay home as the nation braces for even more fallout from the contagion.
