Obamas to Visit the White House

President-elect Obama and his wife, Michelle, will visit the White House Monday afternoon, White House press secretary Dana Perino said today.

President Bush and first lady Laura will greet the Obamas, then the president and president-elect will meet in the Oval Office while Laura Bush takes Michelle Obama on a tour of the residence.

The Obama children are not expected to accompany their parents.
