Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.), who has previously expressed interest in being appointed to the states vacant Senate seat, is Senate Candidate Number 5 identified in the federal arrest document of Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D) on Tuesday, ABC News is reporting citing law enforcement sources.
