Senate Republicans tapped Sen. Johnny Isakson on Wednesday to fill the Ethics Committee’s top GOP seat. The Georgia Senator succeeds Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) and freshman Sen. James Risch (R-Idaho).
