HELP Pushes Markup to Wednesday

The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee is scheduled to begin marking up its health care reform bill Wednesday afternoon, one day later than originally planned.

The markup, set to conclude on June 26, will be presided over by Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.), who has stepped in for HELP Chairman Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), who has been absent from the Senate for much of the past year battling brain cancer.
