HOH’s One-Minute Recess: Turning Red

Often, over-sharing on Facebook is a problem (why no, frankly, we don’t care what you’re making for dinner). But Rep. Parker Griffith, the Alabaman who yesterday announced his party switch from Democratic to Republican, might be under-sharing.[IMGCAP(1)]

The newest member of the GOP is still listed as a Democrat on his profile on the social networking site, even though he’s already being given high fives from his new party-mates.

But Griffith’s switcheroo isn’t going entirely unnoticed on his Facebook page, with the “discussion— section lighting up with supporters and detractors of the move.

And by the way, dear readers, HOH’s One-Minute Recess will be taking a week off to imbibe some eggnog, but we’ll be back in the New Year.
