Sen. Jim Bunning is lighting up Facebook. The Kentucky Republican and bird-flicker whose filibuster is blocking benefits to unemployed people has spawned a handful of Facebook pages — most anti-Bunning, but a few pro (and an awful lot that are just obscene).

[IMGCAP(1)]One group, “F**k You, Senator Jim Bunning!!!!” has garnered nearly 800 members; another group, “Jim Bunning is a Moron,” has about 460.

But the land of Facebook isn’t entirely devoid of Bunning supporters: “Senator Jim Bunning is Right!” is going strong at around 200 members, while the ambitious “Add Jim Bunning’s Image to Mount Rushmore” has almost 15 members.
