Dawn Levy O’Donnell has been hired as an executive vice president. O’Donnell is the owner of lobbying firm D Squared Tax Strategies. She has worked as tax counsel to Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont. She also has worked as tax counsel to the Democratic staff of the Senate Finance Committee.

Sal Fazzolari has been appointed senior vice president of strategic development at CRGT Inc., a government information technology company. Fazzolari was the CEO of INEXA Group, a consulting firm. He has worked as senior vice president of corporate business development at consulting firm ICF International.
