Chelsea Henderson has been hired as an executive vice president in the energy practice. Henderson was a partner at lobbying firm Vela Environmental. She has worked as a senior policy adviser for former Sen. John W. Warner, R-Va. She also has worked as a staff member for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
Dawn Levy O’Donnell has been hired as an executive vice president. O’Donnell is the owner of lobbying firm D Squared Tax Strategies. She has worked as tax counsel to Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont. She also has worked as tax counsel to the Democratic staff of the Senate Finance Committee.
Sal Fazzolari has been appointed senior vice president of strategic development at CRGT Inc., a government information technology company. Fazzolari was the CEO of INEXA Group, a consulting firm. He has worked as senior vice president of corporate business development at consulting firm ICF International. He also has worked as director of business development at defense technology company Northrop Grumman Corp.
