Hayden Rogers has been hired as chief of staff to Sen. Joe Manchin III, D-W.Va. He ran for the House in North Carolina’s 11th congressional district. He also worked as chief of staff and top adviser to Rep. Heath Shuler, D-N.C.

Ben Mosely has been hired as a senior member of the Republican staff of the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee. Mosely was a legislative assistant for Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga. He was a regional representative and an agricultural water resource specialist of the Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission. He also worked as a farmer stock quality control at the American Peanut Growers Group.

Steven J. Randich has been named executive vice president and chief information officer at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Randich is currently co-chief information officer at Citigroup. He also has served as executive vice president of operations and technology and chief information officer at NASDAQ. He also worked as executive vice president and chief information officer for the Chicago Stock Exchange.

Jo Ann Jenkins has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer at AARP. She is currently the president of the AARP Foundation. She also has served as chief operating officer at the Library of Congress.

Kristi Rogers has been hired as managing director and member of the federal government affairs and public policy team at law and lobbying firm Mannatt, Phelps & Phillips. She was president, CEO and vice chairwoman of the board of directors at Aegis Defense Services. She also has served as assistant commissioner of public affairs at U.S. Customs & Border Protection. She worked as a strategic communications liaison in Baghdad, Iraq. She was vice president of government and community affairs at the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. She also worked as senior legislative adviser in the office of congressional affairs at the Small Business Administration.

Gary D. Anderson has been hired as a partner and member of the business litigation practice at law and lobbying firm King & Spalding. He was a partner at law firm Baker Hostetler. He also served as a partner at law firm Kirkland & Ellis. He was an associate at law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Lindsay Fisher has been promoted to deputy executive director at the State Government Leadership Foundation. Fisher was director of policy. She served as legislative director to a majority leader in the Virginia House of Delegates.

Melanie J. Morris has been hired as a communications and policy consultant for the Eating Disorder Coalition. She was a senior director at health policy firm Simon & Co. She also worked as director of Jefferson Consulting Group, a government relations and federal business development firm.

Joni Lupovitz has been named vice president of policy at Common Sense Media, a national nonprofit. Lupovitz was chief of staff to Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz. She also worked as an attorney and an assistant director in the division of enforcement in the bureau of consumer protection at the FTC. She also served Leibowitz as an attorney adviser. She also was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery, a law and lobbying firm.
