Nick Rossi has been hired as a deputy staff director for the Republican staff of the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee. Rossi was a Republican staff director for the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He has worked as a Republican chief counsel and chief investigator for the Senate Commerce Committee and as a Republican chief counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee. He also has worked for the FBI as an attorney and special agent.
Anthony “Angelo” McClain has been named CEO of the National Association of Social Workers. McClain was commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. He has served as vice president and executive director of the New Jersey division of the Child Behavioral Health Service Center. He has worked as vice president of network management and regional operations for the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership.
Brian C. Seagrave has been hired as vice president and general manager of services and solutions at Govplace, a government information technology company. Seagrave was vice president of homeland security at defense technology company Raytheon. He has worked as a partner and general manager of border security and infrastructure protection at Unisys Federal Systems. He also has worked as director of enterprise business solutions at information technology company CSC.
Matt Allard has been named president of ASRC Federal Primus, a division of holding company ASRC Federal. Allard was the director of mission and space operations support at defense technology company Lockheed Martin.
Christian P. Marrone has been hired as vice president for national security and acquisition policy at the Aerospace Industries Association. Marrone was an executive for defense markets at 3M Co. He has served in the Defense Department as special assistant to former Secretary Robert M. Gates. He also has worked at the department as acting assistant secretary of Defense for legislative affairs.
The following people have been promoted at defense technology company General Dynamics:
David K. Heebner has been promoted to group executive of the information systems and technology group. Heebner was executive vice president and group executive for combat systems. He has worked at the company as president of General Dynamics Land Systems. He has served in the Army as assistant vice chief of staff. Heebner retired from the Army with the rank of lieutenant general.
Mark C. Roualet has been promoted to executive vice president and group executive for combat systems. Roualet was president of General Dynamics Land Systems, where he has also worked as chief operating officer and senior vice president. He has worked as a senior vice president at General Dynamics.
Gary L. Whited has been promoted to president of General Dynamics Land Systems. Whited was senior vice president and general manager for General Dynamics Land Systems’ domestic operations. He has worked as General Dynamics Land Systems’ vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He also has worked as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems and controller for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.
