Elmer Eusman has been promoted to chief of the conservation division at the Library of Congress. Eusman was special assistant to the director for preservation. He has worked at the Library as acting chief of the preservation reformatting division and as a preservation specialist in the conservation division. He also has worked at the Rotterdam Boymans Museum as a senior conservator.
Nu Wexler has been hired as vice president for public affairs at Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications. He was communications director for Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn. He also has served as an account director at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. He worked as communications director at Wal-Mart Watch. He also was executive director for the South Carolina Democratic Party. He worked as an assistant analyst at Peter D. Hart Research Associates.
Nathaniel Edmonds has been hired as a partner at Paul Hastings. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s law school. He was assistant chief of the fraud section’s FCPA unit in the Justice Department’s criminal division. He also was a clerk for Judge Milton E. Shadur in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Christina Kane has been promoted to events and sponsorship manager. She was an executive assistant. Kane also has worked as a courtroom deputy for Judges S. Hugh Dillin and Richard L. Young in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
