Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) reported she raised $678,666 during the first quarter of 2013. All but $94,717 came from donors of $200 or less. Although reports are still coming in, her quarterly receipts should be among the top tier in fundraising by House members.The committee spent $178,677 on federal taxes; $183,270 on direct mail; $109,441 on telemarketing; $57,274 on state taxes.
