MichelePAC, the leadership PAC of Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-Minn.), reported today it paid over $20,000 for legal fees during May. The legal fees may involve questions of the PAC’s spending in relation to Bachmann’s 2012 presidential campaign.

The PAC paid $10,000 to Arrington Law Firm of Centennial, Colorado, and $11,303 to Holland & Knight LLP of Orlando, Florida. The PAC also paid $9,144 for telemarketing and $2,882 for accounting and reporting services.

The PAC raised only $29,714.  Itemized donors included $5,000 for Marie Burns n Treasurer Island, FL.
