The political action committee of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has changed its name to show its focus on rights and responsibilities.

Gabby PAC, the PAC of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., filed paperwork on Wednesday to change its name to Rights and Responsibilities PAC . The PAC had receipts of $20,193 in the first six months of 2013, with $14,980 cash on hand as of 6/30.

The committee remains affiliated with Giffords for Congress. Giffords for Congress reported $10 in receipts this year and $296,068 cash on hand as of 9/30.

The super PAC of Giffords, Americans for Responsible Solutions, had receipts of $6,645,722 in the first six months of the year, with $4,778,969 cash on hand as of 6/30.
