Coats Wanders Into Wrong Committee Hearing

Congressional hearing witnesses may start worrying about members not in the room, as opposed to those in the room.

During a Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing Wednesday, Sen. Dan Coats wandered in and began asking the Treasury Department’s witness a series of questions, before a staffer informed him he was in the wrong place.
