The Role of Veterans in Government

New York University ran a fascinating panel called “Boots on the Ground: The Role of Veterans in Government” that can be seen here : “Law ’84 Alum Rep. Lumpkin, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict discuss the role of military service in government and policy. The panel focused on questions such as:”

  • “In what ways can veterans influence policy, and take an active role in electoral politics?”
